High temperature alloy 2.4867 (Nicr6015) uses nickel as the source of endurance and chromium as the antioxidant guardian, maintaining a yield strength of 150MPa at 800 ℃. It is a key material for aircraft engines and energy equipment, with excellent corrosion and creep resistance, and can be called the "high-temperature guardian" of the industry.

 

2.4867 (Nicr6015) (Nife20Cr15) can perform well in high temperature environments, inseparable from its exquisite chemical composition. Each element is like a key component in precision instruments, playing a unique and important role.

 

1. Chemical Composition and Microstructure Design
The alloy is based on nickel (59.0-65.0%) and achieves performance balance by precisely adjusting the ratio of chromium (14.0-19.0%) and iron (19.0-25.0%). Chromium element forms a dense Cr ₂ O ∝ oxide film, endowing the material with sustained oxidation resistance below 1200 ℃; The addition of iron reduces material costs and improves thermal processing performance. The strengthening effect of silicon (0.50-2.00%) is particularly critical, as it segregates at grain boundaries to form Ni Ⅲ Si phase, significantly enhancing high-temperature creep resistance. The carbon content is limited to ≤ 0.15% to avoid brittleness caused by carbide precipitation, while impurities such as sulfur and phosphorus are strictly controlled (S ≤ 0.020%, P ≤ 0.025%) to ensure welding performance.

 

2. Core performance advantages
    1.Extreme environmental stability
In scenarios such as gas turbine combustion chambers, 2.4867 alloy can maintain its σ ₀ at 980 ℃ during long-term operation ₂ ≥ 180MPa, oxidation rate<0.1mm/1000h. Compared to similar materials Inconel 600 (2.4816), its sulfur resistance has been improved by 30%, making it particularly suitable for sulfur-containing fuel environments.
   2. Multi medium corrosion resistance
Experimental data shows that the corrosion rate in a 60% NaOH boiling solution is less than 0.05mm/a, which is better than the 0.5mm/a of 316L stainless steel; The temperature tolerance of molten salts (such as Na ₂ SO ₄ - V ₂ O ₅) reaches 900 ℃, making it the preferred choice for heat exchange tubes in garbage incinerators.
    3. Process adaptability
The hot processing window is 900-1180 ℃, and the narrow manganese content (≤ 2.00%) is controlled to avoid the risk of σ phase precipitation. After solution treatment at 1150 ℃, the grain size of cold-rolled materials can be controlled at ASTM grades 5-7, with an elongation rate greater than 35%.
